For the design and process optimisation of our hydration plants, we prepare comprehensive analyses for you, of both the raw material and the hydrated lime itself.

We offer the following analyses for hydrated lime in our in-house laboratory facilities:

• Determination of the water factor (slaking test) 
• Chemical composition by means of X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and CHS analysis
• Determination of free CaO
• Determination of surface moisture
• Particle size distribution by screening and laser granulometer
• Bulk density
