Milestone in Europe: New Maerz C2F Finelime<sup>®</sup> kiln successfully put into operation

The state-of-the-art Maerz C2F Finelime^® kiln at Calcinor's Bueras plant in Spain was successfully commissioned in October 2023. With a nominal capacity of 300 tpd, the kiln exceeded all expectations and achieved excellent results in the performance test with a stone size of 15-50 mm and a residual CO₂ content of less than 2%.
