New kiln commissioned in Mexico

The second 200 tpd kiln at Grupo Regio Cal in Monterrey was successfully commissioned.

In February 2024, the second Maerz HPS kiln was fired up at Grupo Regio Cal in Monterrey, Mexico. The kiln has a nominal capacity of 200 tpd. A test during commissioning showed that the kiln can also achieve an output of 250 tpd with a residual CO2 content of less than 2 %.
